I offer guidance and share with you the tools, resources, and strategies that have helped me on my own journey. Through the practical application of these tools, I have been able to overcome addiction, mental health issues, a traumatic brain injury, and a breast cancer diagnosis. My journey has allowed me to thrive in spite of these challenges and has led me to find grace and purpose in them. I am now living in my light, and I look forward to helping you do the same.
